Forming and use:

  1. You can trim the braces to the right size according to your own shape.
  2. Soak the braces in hot water of about 75 degrees for about 10 seconds to make the braces soft.

Instructions to use:

    Shipping to LTU took 1 month and 1 week. First 2 photos – this teeth protector. On 3rd and 4th photos, in left – this teeth protector, right – another one from AliExpress. What can I say, my purpose of buying this product was for basketball, and this protector doesnt fit in my mouth well because of its thickness (look at photo). I even little bit cut corners of that. And formed it in 80 celsius hot water and after that to cold water. Still doesnt fit good, its too thick. If you open mouth – it instantly falls down from upper jaw to lower one. If you keep your mouth closed it doesnt feel comfortable because of its thickness. So if you want comfortable protector for basketball, do not buy it.
